Veleiros do Sul confirma a certificação na auditoria anual de manutenção da ISO 9001:2015

Durante a semana, o Veleiros do Sul passou pelo processo de auditoria anual da ISO9001:2015 e confirmou a manutenção da certificação obtida em 28 de dezembro de 2020.

Neste ano, passaram pelo processo de auditoria anual nas áreas: Estratégica, Administrativa, Compras, Gestão do Associado, Esportiva, Escola de Vela Minuano e Porto e Portaria.

Com esse resultado, o VDS segue com o trabalho realizado através da melhoria contínua que visa oferecer qualidade na prestação de serviços aos Associados, buscando o desenvolvimento através de um sistema de gestão que visa um clube cada vez melhor a todos.

O que é a ISO 9001?

A ISO 9001 é uma norma internacional de padronização para a gestão da qualidade de um determinado serviço ou produto. Tem como objetivo melhorar a gestão de uma organização ou entidade.

Para obter a certificação, a organização deve cumprir certos requisitos para que os processos sejam exercidos de forma adequada.

Como o VDS é beneficiado?

A certificação beneficia o Clube, pois através da documentação dos processos estabelecidos em cada setor, é possível executar as atividades com maior produtividade e eficiência.

Os responsáveis de cada área formularam, junto com consultoria especializada, as etapas dos procedimentos e funções exercidas por cada colaborador.

Com a norma, esses procedimentos só poderão ser alterados em processo de melhoria contínua, mantendo assim a gestão concisa e o desenvolvimento do Clube a longo prazo.

Através da ISO 9001, é possível melhorar a prestação de serviço ao associado, havendo critérios para medir o nível de satisfação dos mesmos, identificando os ajustes necessários e aumentando a eficácia da gestão da entidade e do serviço oferecido.

Todos os anos serão feitas pesquisas de satisfação com o objetivo de analisar a opinião dos sócios. É muito importante que os associados participem dessas pesquisas visando o bom funcionamento e a excelência do nosso Clube. Além disso, todos os processos foram pensados para funcionar a longo prazo, portanto a manutenção da certificação dá credibilidade e novas oportunidades para que o VDS continue crescendo.
